Order Process

  • Add your selected items to cart and place your order with your complete details as prompted on the check-out page.
  • Payment to be made via PayNow or Bank Transfer. Cash payment is only applicable upon self collection at our store.
  • After payment is made, please send us a screenshot of the payment receipt via WhatsApp to +65 8101 3786 or +65 9842 3786 and inform us of your order number.
  • Once payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent. Should you require an invoice besides the confirmation email, please do not hesitate to enquire from us.

  • Store Operating Hours
    Monday to Friday: 10:30am to 7pm | Saturday: 10:30am to 4pm | Sunday and Public Holiday closed

  • Local Delivery

    Normal Delivery - Items will be delivered to you within 3 to 4 working days from when the order is placed.
    (Delivery charge starts from $5.90 depending on your postal code)

    Same Day Delivery - Order needs to be placed by 4pm to be applicable for this option. Items will be delivered to you within 4 hours from when the order is placed.
    (Delivery charge starts from $10.00 depending on your postal code)

Return and Refund Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. We only accept returns on goods that are faulty or otherwise different than what is listed. In this instance, we offer a 7 days allowance for the return and we will offer only a 1-1 exchange - no refund will be issued. Provide us your order number and we will rectify the issue immediately.
